Types of Users
- Visitor:An individual that visits the LogicDepot.com site and completes the Contact Us request.
- Survey Administrator:An individual that belongs to a Customer Organization has been assigned to create, administer or process data from a survey. A Customer Organization must have an active contract for provision of Survey Services with LogicDepot, Inc. before individuals can use the system.
- Survey Respondent:An individual that has been invited by one of the Customer Organizations to complete a survey powered by LogicDepot Survey services.
Data We Collect
- Visitor:
Minimal contact information, e.g. Name, Email, & Phone, so we know who you are and can contact you to provide information you have requested. The contact information is also used to contact the visitor when we feel relevant information would be useful. Visitors may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below.
- Customer Organization:
An agreement with specified Terms of Service for us to provide Survey Services to the organization and individuals in the organization that you designate. We also collect billing information to allow us to bill for services provided.
- Survey Administrators:
Customer Organizations will create accounts for everyone that they want to use the Surveys Services. The account will require information be entered that includes Name, Phone & Email address, along with an account User Id and an initial password. Passwords are required to be changed by the individual at first login.
- Survey Respondents:
Information collected from respondents is defined by the Survey Administrator of the Customer Organization and LogicDepot, Inc. have no direct control over this. The Respondent has the option to not continue providing responses to survey questions if they feel they do not want to provide specific information.
- Event Data:
We collect log data to assist with monitoring system performance, tracking abnormal usage, abuse and fixing bugs.
- Support Information:
We collect information to assist with the operation of surveys, troubleshooting and customer support that includes the following:

Sharing Data
- Information shared by us:
We do not share any of your information or data with third parties. As owners of the system, we can see all surveys and data within the system, and we will only access as needed for troubleshooting and customer support activities.
- Information shared by you:
If you are a primary Survey Administrator, you can see any survey and data collected within your Customer Organization and have permission to edit surveys and delete data.
As an individual Survey Administrator, you have control over the surveys you create and the data collected and nothing is available to others within your organization, other than a Primary Survey Administrator. You have the option of sharing your survey and data with others within your Customer Organization.
Data Retention
If your Customer Organization has an active contract, we will not delete any data in the organization’s account unless the agreement defines a specific data retention timeframe. There may be overage charges for data older than the contractually agreed retention period.
We encourage all Survey Administrators to review data retention practices and not retain data longer than necessary. Removing unnecessary data will help maintain optimum system performance and protect your clients.

You can opt out of receiving future communications as a Visitor or as a Survey Respondent, or request data be corrected, by using one of the following methods:
