Introduction

This Team Conversation Health Check has been created to provide you a quick overview of a team’s performance as assessed by the quality and value of their conversations. It is an abridged version of the full Team Conversation Survey that is completed by all members of a team.

This diagnostic supports teams in focussing on the most important areas for the team.

Teams exist for a purpose and to be successful the team takes action to deliver on that purpose and meet the needs of their customers. Effective action starts with effective team conversations.

The survey statements relate to the whole team and please provide your perspective of how well the team performs as measured by each statement.

We anticipate that the Survey will take 2-3 minutes to complete. Please answer each statement, even if not entirely sure of your response. If in doubt your first instinctive response is likely to be the most useful.
