This is a short sample survey to show all the question types our software can process. This shows you the respondent's experience. There is also a series of functions to allow skipping/branching based on respondent answers plus randomization of question and answer presentation.
The real work happens in the survey creation and deployment. This is accomplished via a series of secure screens that allow building and testing of the survey prior to deployment.
Instructions for completing this survey:
- For all questions, simply click or key in your response.
- Please answer each question. If you mistakenly skip a question, the next screen will highlight the unanswered question(s) in red.
- You may go back to a previous question for review/edit using the "back" button on your browser, but only for those questions that you answered during that particular "session."
- Once you have completed the survey, the link in the email will no longer be active, so you will not be able to review your answers or the survey again.
- To go to the first question, simply click the [CONTINUE] button below using your mouse.
